چکیده

Modern pharmaceutics are actively developing towards the design of targeted drugs. The development selectively acting formulations requires creation smart delivery systems based on carriers that would first find target cells and enter them then release active substance locally. Nanoparticles biocompatible biodegradable polymers can be effectively used as such carriers. Flexible regulation molecular structure architecture polymers, well modification nanoparticles with vector molecules, allows one to construct carrier particles for nanoformulations agents various nature. This review presents main approaches delivery, describes methods preparation study hydrophobic amphiphilic lactide discusses effect conditions characteristics in detail. Some results research this area Kurchatov complex NBIСS nature-like technologies also presented.

Synthesis and Thermal Properties of Novel Biodegradable ABCBA Pentablock Copolymers from Poly (Ethylene glycol), L-Lactide and p-Dioxanone

In this work, new biodegradable ABCBA type pentablock copolymers with different mole ratio of L-lactide and PPDO-b-PEG-b-PPDO triblock copolymer were synthesized and characterized. In the first step, PPDO-b-PEG-b-PPDO triblock copolymer was synthesized via a ring-opening polymerization of P-DiOxanone (PDO) monomer with Poly (Ethylene Glycol) (P...
